NZ Post Superannuation Plan

As you know, we are preparing to transfer members from the current plan to the new NZ Post Super Plan in the Mercer Super Trust. This process will take place from the end of October 2024 and be completed by about 25 November 2024. Service will be limited during this period and there may be delays in processing payments and other requests. Read more

Online account

You won't have access to your online account during the transfer period. Mercer will send you a welcome letter with new sign on details in mid-November. Your new online account is expected to be up and running on or about 25 November.

Investment switches

You won’t be able to change your investment option until the transfer process has been completed. Any change you make will be to an option in the new plan. If you want to change your investment option, call Mercer on 0508 MERCER (0508 637 237) and ask for a change of investment form. If you want to talk to someone about your investment choice in the new plan, complete an online call back request form here and someone from Mercer’s Financial Advice Team will get in touch.

Forms

The forms on this website won’t be accepted after 31 October. Mercer will provide new forms you can use update your nominated beneficiaries, change contributions or apply for a benefit.

Helpline hours: 9.00am until 7:00pm Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).

Calls to the current helpline number will be diverted to the new number for a limited time.
